Stella Remodel

This charming 1637 sq. ft. livable remodel was created using the existing block walls and slab. Essentially maintaining the original 966 sq. ft. livable foot print. Second floor is purely generated using only the roof system, which is highly economical. We were able to add 671 sq. ft. livable attic space to this 1956 home.
