East Gold Dust
Using only the existing concrete slab for this design was our most cost effective approach. By doing this it’s considered a new 2013 home, thus considerably increasing resale value. Adding just over 2000 sq. ft. livable gave us plenty of room to work with. With it’s spacious rooms and open floor plan, this home has everything the client envisioned.
