Starting with the client information checklist, I obtain a personal look at the wants and needs of each client to hone in on exactly what is envisioned. Once I have gathered all the information, I begin the design process with a site plan and notational floor plan. Depending on topography, drainage, retention, easements, etc., it’s possible that some preliminary civil work may be required to prove the structure can be built as requested.
After conformation of site and notational floor plans, I then move towards producing the elevation plan. Upon conformation of site plan, notational floor plan, and elevations, it’s time to build the 3D model (see images below). This part of the process is very exciting as it allows perspective views of the conceptual design. I feel this phase is priceless, as it’s not unusual to view the 2D drawings never fully grasping what the actual environment will look like.
My designs are highly accurate, incorporate value engineering, and use top quality method of construction techniques. Moving even further I provide photorealistic interior and exterior rendering to aid in color and texture selections, and much more. These photorealistic 3D renderings can also serve as a marketing tool prior to completion of construction, saving valuable time in resale!
