Selecting a designer/draftsman is a crucial part of any building project.  As with designing architecture there are a multitude of parameters to consider, and having a diverse understanding is a key component to producing a quality product that’s aesthetically pleasing.  Arizona architectural design is limitless, and creating your own is certainly encouraged at John Anthony Drafting and Design.  Old world, Southwest / Pueblo, Ranch, Craftsman, Contemporary, Organic, Tuscan, and much more have a common place in Arizona.  Several styles have melded together creating new and interesting looks, and making possibilities endless for my customers.

Design Process

The key is a complete understanding of what the client wants, needs, and has envisioned for their new environment.  This is achieved with a high level of communication for accuracy.  Along with 3d modeling and rendering I will find out exactly what was envisioned, and provide  construction documents to make that vision come true.  With over 25 years of field experience I can ensure the client has a complete understanding of the process, from conceptual design to finished product.  Not only will this  help in achieving the desired results, but make the whole experience a pleasurable one.
